Companies are continually penalizing they're loyal customers, as an actual example, AT&T, we had the same account with this company at the same address for over half a century, this service pre-dated the government mandated breakup of the company, touch-tone phones, cellphones, even 911, we added internet service to just a basic landline approximately 12 years ago, and during the transfer of this service I was told that all the e-mails could be also transferred which turned out to be less then honest which in turn hosed one of the primary addresses causing a lot of headaches and stress. I called AT&T and was able to finally get connected to a second tier employee that was very understanding and apologetic but explain that there really wasn't anything that could be done, an agreement was agreed upon, there would be NO increase in the billing over what I was currently paying as long as I DID NOT make any changes to the account and I made sure no changes were ever made. A little over 12 years pass, mind you the bill is auto-paid monthly, and NO ONE received any bills or receipts for these payments, it got lost in the background of everyday life, it was finally discovered that the bill had increased dramatically, I called AT&T to discuss the issue only to deal with a Customer Service Rep that talked down to me, was very disrespectful and just generally an asshole, he totally refused to acknowledge that there was a prior agreement, even though there was suppose to be a note in the account! According to him, the notation DID NOT MATTER even though it was made by one of their upper tier people. Since the CSR was being such an asshole and continued to refuse to honor the commitment made, I finally CLOSED the account with them, over half a century and they refused to honor a commitment to keep a customer!

Look at all the companies today, they offer all these specials and discounts to get someone to start using their services only to screw you in a year or two by drastically increasing how much you pay, where is the companies loyalty to long time customers? All these specials are for NEW customers, but never anything to keep customers!

Excuse me hear, however, they can't even tell anyone HOW MANY PEOPLE are infected, HOW MANY PEOPLE are dead (they are unable to say for sure how many have actually died unless they die in a hospital), how fast the virus is actually infecting others and even if you are able to get RE-INFECTED. There isn't an accurate actual testing program to even obtain the answers to many of these question. First responders, clinical staff, and others that work in a hospital environment are "possibly" exposed EVERY DAY we work, but many of the hospitals REFUSE to allow these employees to get tested UNLESS they come in to contact, "ACCORDING TO THE EMPLOYERS", with a CONFIRMED case!

Now I hear that they are supposed to return to "BUSINESS AS USUAL" at the hospital I work at starting on May 11th, 2020, I find all this of interest since all the organizations "CAN NOT ACCURATELY" tell even if the infections are declining!
